New Patient Special
Why We Give Whitening Away
This isn't a promotion with an expiry date. It's something Dr. Jain built into the practice from the start, because he's seen what happens when patients see their teeth get whiter. They care more. They brush better. They show up for their next appointment. A brighter smile gives people a reason to stay invested in their oral health, and that's worth more than charging for a whitening kit.
Every new adult patient gets a professional whitening kit at their first exam and cleaning. Every existing patient who is cavity-free at their recall appointment gets a free refill. For as long as they're a patient here.

It's Free With Your First Visit
Show up for your exam and cleaning. Your whitening kit is included. No minimum spend, no membership, no catch.
It's Free for Life If You Stay Cavity-Free
Come in for your regular checkups, keep your teeth healthy, and your refills are on us. It's a simple deal. Take care of your teeth and we take care of the whitening.

It Works Better Than Store-bought Options
Over-the-counter whitening uses a low concentration of whitening agent. It takes a long time and the results are limited. Professional whitening uses a higher concentration applied with a custom-fitted tray, which means more even coverage and a noticeably brighter result. If you've tried strips and been underwhelmed, this is different.
What Whitening Can and Can't Do
Professional whitening is effective for most common causes of discolouration:
- Staining from coffee, tea, red wine, and food
- General yellowing from ageing and enamel thinning
- Mild to moderate surface staining
It won't change the colour of existing crowns, veneers, or composite fillings. Those materials don't respond to whitening agents. If you have visible restorations at the front of your mouth, we'll talk through what to expect so there are no surprises.
Some deeper staining, such as discolouration from certain medications or developmental conditions, may not respond fully. In those cases, veneers are usually the better path. We'll tell you honestly which option applies to you.

Getting the Most Out of Your Kit
- Complete the full course as directed for the best result
- Avoid coffee, tea, and red wine while you're whitening
- Brush before applying the gel, not after
- Let us know if you have sensitivity before you start so we can advise on timing
- Keep your checkups current to stay cavity-free and keep your free refills coming

What to expect
Your Consultation
Before your whitening kit is made, we take a look at your teeth. We check for existing restorations at the front of your smile, assess any sensitivity, and confirm that whitening is the right fit for your situation. If there's a reason it won't give you the result you're after, we'll tell you upfront and talk through what else might work.
Your Custom Tray
We take impressions of your teeth to create a tray that fits your mouth precisely. This matters more than it sounds. A well-fitted tray holds the gel evenly against the surface of every tooth, which means more consistent coverage and a better result than anything with a one-size-fits-all design.
Using Your Kit at Home
You'll apply the whitening gel to the tray and wear it for the recommended amount of time each day. We'll walk you through exactly how to use it before you leave, including how much gel to use, how long to wear it, and what to avoid during the treatment period. Most patients start noticing a difference within the first week.
Maintaining Your Results
Once your course is done, the results are yours to keep with a little upkeep. Avoiding heavy staining foods and drinks helps extend them. Staying current with your checkups keeps your teeth healthy and unlocks your free refill at every cavity-free appointment. It's a simple routine that keeps your smile looking its best without any extra cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if whitening doesn't work for my teeth?
We'll tell you. Some staining is structural and won't respond to whitening agents. In those cases, we'll talk through what else is available, including veneers, so you can make the right decision for your situation.
How long do the results last?
It depends on diet and habits. Coffee, tea, and red wine will gradually stain teeth again over time. Regular checkups help you stay on top of it, and the free refills that come with cavity-free appointments keep your results looking fresh.
My teeth are already sensitive. Can I still whiten?
Sensitivity doesn't automatically rule it out. We'll look at what's causing it and advise on whether whitening is appropriate and how to approach it. Sometimes it's just a matter of timing.
Will it work on my crowns or fillings?
No. Whitening only affects natural enamel. Crowns, veneers, and composite fillings won't change colour. If you have restorations visible at the front of your smile, we'll flag this before treatment so you know what to expect.
Is it safe?
Yes, when used as directed. We'll give you clear instructions and walk you through the process before you take the kit home. Overusing the product is the main thing to avoid.
Will my teeth be sensitive?
Some patients experience mild sensitivity during treatment, particularly around the gums. It's temporary and typically settles within a day or two. If you already have sensitive teeth, let us know before you start and we'll adjust the approach.
How quickly will I see results?
Most patients notice a difference within the first week of using the kit. Full results show after completing the course, which varies depending on your starting shade and tooth sensitivity.
How is this different from whitening strips?
The concentration of whitening agent in professional kits is significantly higher than anything sold over the counter. The tray is custom-fitted to your teeth, which means better coverage and more consistent results. Most patients who've tried strips notice the difference right away.
Do I get free refills after that?
Yes, as long as you're cavity-free at your recall appointment. Come in regularly, keep your teeth healthy, and your refills stay free.
Is whitening really free at the first visit?
Yes. Every new adult patient who comes in for an exam and cleaning receives a professional whitening kit at no extra cost. No conditions, no hidden fees.
